ORDERING, DELIVERY + REFUNDS
The easiest way to order your artwork is to purchase via my secure website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back marked 'return to sender' there will be a $9.95 re-posting fee to send it to you again.
If you live in Australia your artwork will be sent to you for free! Delivery time can vary depending on all sorts of things (ie Covid lockdowns, rural areas, postie stopped for some cake) so please let me know directly via email if you haven’t received your item with 14 days of ordering. If it is an item that needs to be specially ordered the delivery time will be stated at time of purchase.
All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. The delivery charge will be shown as a separate item in your shopping cart. For a quote on international shipping costs for your order, please email me via our contact page.
Delivery will be made during business hours. Please specify delivery instructions for your order during the check out process.
Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
I want you to feel confident in ordering online. With this in mind, the returns policy is as follows:
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, I am happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund.
· For a full refund, you need to contact me via the contact form and return the item to within seven (7) days of receiving it. There must be no damage to the item and it must be returned in its original packaging. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
· For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact me via the contact form within seven (7) days of receiving it. There must be no damage to the item and it must be returned in its original packaging. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
· For a refund or exchange on a damaged item please contact me via the contact form with images of the damaged item. You will need to contact me within three (3) days of receiving it.
· Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging.
· Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
· I recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to me.
· Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.
· Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is damaged.
· Any credit notes issued will be valid for three (3) months.
· Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to me in the condition stated above.
